目的探讨家庭心理治疗在精神分裂症康复中的作用.方法选择120例符合临床痊愈标准的精神分裂症患者随机分为家庭心理治疗组(研究组)和对照组,每组60例,两组患者都照常规在出院后进行药物维持治疗,分别在出院时,出院后半年、1年,用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及其复发率和就业率进行评估.结果在1年的2次评定中,家庭心理治疗组患者BPRS和SDSS量表分明显低于对照组,就业率明显高于对照组.结论家庭心理治疗对促进精神分裂症患者康复具有重要意义.
