对贯彻《德育大纲》而言,要抛除急功近利和浮躁心理,以“立德树人”为根本宗旨,教育策略要指向党的路线,起点要遵循学生本性,情感要顺应家国文化,活动要契合管理原则。在具体行动上要以生活德育为理论指导,创建生活育德场,加强学科德育建设,重视德育活动的化心、不觉和持久功能,提倡师资培训的自我觉醒,在校外拓展教育上不能急功近利,要努力构建校内外一体的德育立交桥。对新时期贯彻和落实《中等职业学校德育大纲(2014年修订)》具有重要的参考价值。
