新建本科院校的教学标准具有十分典型的地域性、师范性和职业化特点,在推动高等教育地方化、大众化和多样化进程方面发挥着非常积极的作用。以音乐学专业课程教育为例,理论上本科院校音乐学专业课程体系应兼感受性、知识性、实践性、过程性、技能性和艺术性为一身,但实际情况却与之相差甚远,所以需要针对其教育课程体系进行一定的改革,构建出一套符合我国高师音乐教育的体系,以达到完善本科院校音乐教学目的。
