应用PCR检测消毒剂对HBV阳性血清的消毒效果

应用PCR技术、DNA探针法和RPHA法检测了4种消毒剂对HBV阳性血清的消毒效果。结果显示,PCR技术灵敏度最高,1％过氧乙酸需作用30分钟始可将HBV灭活。

The disinfection effects of four kinds of disinfectants on HBV positive serum were detected by PCR, DNA probe and RPHA. The results showed that the highest sensitivity of PCR technology, 1% peracetic acid for 30 minutes before it can inactivate HBV.
