Our hospital from February 1994 to November 1996 using double J tube for drainage stent treatment of 113 cases of more complicated upper urinary tract surgery, of which 4 cases due to upward displacement of the bladder instead of using other methods removed, are as follows . 1 case report 1 female, 34 years old. Due to ureteropelvic junction stricture with left kidney severe hydronephrosis, the epidural anesthesia by the lumbar approach to narrow the line resection and pelvic ureteroplasty.
