重庆市人民政府令第284号《重庆市城镇房屋使用安全管理办法》已经2014年10月16日市人民政府第65次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2015年1月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2014年10月24日第一条为了加强城镇房屋使用安全管理,保障房屋安全使用和公民、法人以及其他组织的人身财产安全,维护社会公共安全,根据《中华人民共和国物权法》《重庆市物业管理条例》和有关法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于本市城镇规划区内已通过竣工验收备案或者具有合法产权的房屋使用安全管
Order of Chongqing Municipality Decree No. 284 “Measures for the Administration of the Safety of Housing in Chongqing Municipality” was approved at the 65th executive meeting of the Municipal People’s Government on October 16, 2014 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on January 1, 2015.
