从规制与我国电力市场化改革的关系着手,进而提出应建立现代电力监管体系,指出了在现代电力监管体系中加强电网企业规制的必要性,最后对电网企业的价格规制进行了探讨。
From the relationship between regulation and the electricity market reform in our country, this paper puts forward that we should establish a modern electricity regulatory system, point out the necessity of strengthening the regulation of power grid enterprises in the modern electricity regulatory system, and finally discuss the price regulation of the grid enterprises.
