目的 :观察辛伐他汀 (simvastatin ,S ,商品名舒降之 )对家兔动脉粥样硬化病灶的消退作用及消退过程中相关原癌基因表达的影响。方法 :采用免疫损伤合并高胆固醇喂饲复制家兔动脉粥样硬化 (atherosclerosis,AS)模型。结果 :各组主动脉AS病灶面积百分比为 :模型组 (M) :5 3 .97± 19.2 8,对照组 (C) :6 8.10± 19.73,辛伐他汀治疗组 (S) :2 6 .74± 8.42 ;各组冠状动脉AS病灶面积百分比为 :M :5 0 .39± 2 1.0 2 ,C :6 0 .6 0± 15 .41,S :2 5 .42± 11.2 4;S组原癌基因C -myc、C -fos、V -sis表达量较C组分别减少 2 3.5 %、2 8.8%、36 .7% (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :辛伐他汀具有消退AS病灶作用 ,其机制可能与抑制原癌基因表达有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of simvastatin (S, Shujingzhi) on the regression of atherosclerotic lesion in rabbits and the expression of related oncogenes in the process of extinction. Methods: Rabbit model of atherosclerosis (AS) was established by immunosuppression and hypercholesterolemia. Results: The percentages of AS lesions in each group were as follows: model group (M): 53.997 ± 19.28, control group (C): 6.10 ± 19.73, simvastatin group (S): 26.74 ± 8.42; The percentage of AS lesions in each group was M: 50.39 ± 2 1.02, C: 60.0 ± 15.41, S: 25.42 ± 11.2 4; The expression of C-myc, C-fos and V -sis were decreased by 23.5%, 28.8% and 36.7%, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion: Simvastatin can attenuate AS lesions and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of protooncogene expression.
