以猪为模型,在高剂量单次照射后用磁共振显像(MRI)与同位素显像研究大脑的改变,特别以MRI的预驰时间作为评定健康脑放射损伤的早期标记。共17只去势的雄性动物,15只照射,2只对照。用12MeV电子线照射,剂量率2Gy/分。以40×35mm野照射右大脑半球,在2cm深度计算脑组织平均剂量(90%等剂量),10只单次量为40Gy,5只为60Gy。随访期2天至6个月。照射前1周及照射后每月1次做闪烁照像,包括~(99cn)Tc-HMPAO SPECT研究脑血流,~(99cn)Tc-DTPA
Pigs were used as models to study brain changes with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and isotope imaging after a single dose of high-dose irradiation, especially using MRI pre-Chi time as an early marker to assess radiation damage in healthy brain. A total of 17 castrated male animals, 15 irradiated, 2 controls. With 12MeV electron beam irradiation, dose rate 2Gy / min. The right hemisphere was irradiated at a field of 40 × 35 mm.
