孙小青,1962年生,本科学历,南京师大研究生课程进修结业,中学高级教师,南京市小语委员会理事、江苏省学校心理教育学会会员、中国体育科学学会总会委员、中央教科所国内访问学者,1991年担任镇中心校校长,1996年兼任初中校长,现任南京市高淳县实验小学校长。1997年,年轻的孙小青担任高淳县城区小学校长,在他的带领下,翌年,学校高分通过了省级实验小学的验收,更名为高淳县实验小学。2010年,学校被江苏省教育厅、江苏省教育报刊总社命名为“江苏省名校俱乐部会员学校”。他个人先后荣获南京市先进督学、南京市全心全意依靠教职工办学优秀校长、南京市劳动模范、南京市“行知奖”、南京市名校长、江苏省中小学校党建工作先进个人、江苏省心理教育名校长、全国学校体育科研先进工作者、全国教科研工作先进个人等称号。
