Founder and chairman of Paul Heather’s situational leadership theory and leadership research center (CLS). As early as the early 1960s, he took the lead in publishing the theory of “situational leadership model,” thus laying him a masters position in situational leadership. In 1969, he wrote a textbook on situational leadership and management of organizational behavior - “Business Behavior Management: The Pioneer of Human Resources,” and was the first monograph in business conduct. So far, the book is still the most authoritative and versatile in the field. At the moment, this classic has been translated into 14 languages and sold over 1 million copies worldwide. For more than 30 years, Dr. Hersey’s theory has been widely adopted as an essential tool for training managers. As the founder of Leadership Research Center, he trained more than 1,000 top companies and more than 10 million managers from more than 150 countries, including a large number of senior managers from well-known companies such as Mobil, IBM and General Motors senior manager.
