小时候.我们唱歌:“我爱北京天安门,天安门上太阳升。”天安门就是北京的第一地标!什么是地标?学究气的回答是:地标建筑被称为 Land Mark 或者 Monument.也称为旗帜性建筑。用我辈老百姓的话说就是:出租车司机都知道的建筑就是地标。这么说来.一个地产项目.只要知道的人多了.就天然的成为地标.它的作用.就是为旁边的产品提供坐标体系.同时也负担起区域的形象和价值评判功能.当然。最直接的就是最直白的“路标”意义。不说天安门.也不说西客站.对于地产项目而言.它们是更大范围的地标.但是对于房地产项目价值本身的标定意义不是很大.也不说嘉里中心,国贸中心.它们的成功是历史造就.我们只想清点一下今天的北京.有哪些新地标地产项目?
