为了研究构造单纯形次数与非线性回归准确性的相关性 ,取得 40例急性心肌梗塞病例系统的血清肌酸磷酸激酶活性值 ,以心肌酶代谢一房室模型用改良单纯形法进行非线性回归 ,假设每例构造 5 0 0次单纯形可使回归准确率达 10 0 % ,研究结果表明第 1、10 0、40 0次构造单纯形后回归准确率分别为 2 0 % (8/40 )、87% (35 /40 )、10 0 % (4 0 /40 ) ,随着构造单纯形次数的增加 ,回归准确率呈对数上升趋势
