目的探讨血清三叶因子3(TFF3)水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)性视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法将61例T2DM患者分成DR组(A组,34例)和无DR组(B组,27例),另选取27例健康体检者作为正常对照组(C组)。采用ELISA法检测三组血清TFF3的表达。结果 A、B组血清TTF3水平高于C组(P<0.05);A组血清TFF3水平亦高于B组(P<0.05)。TTF3与年龄(r=0.395,P<0.01)、SBP(r=0.286,P<0.01)、FBG(r=0.365,P<0.01)、HbA1c(r=0.347,P<0.01)呈正相关,与HDL-C(r=-0.355,P<0.01)呈负相关。TFF3和SBP水平升高是DR的独立危险因素(OR=1.011和1.210,P<0.05);DBP和BMI水平升高是DR的独立保护因素(OR=0.806和0.610,P<0.05)。结论血清TFF3水平升高是DR的独立危险因素,可能参与DR的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum triglyceride 3 (TFF3) level and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) retinopathy (DR). Methods Sixty-one patients with T2DM were divided into DR group (group A, 34 cases) and no DR group (group B, 27 cases). Another 27 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group (group C). Serum TFF3 expression was detected by ELISA in three groups. Results The levels of serum TTF3 in group A and B were higher than those in group C (P <0.05). The level of serum TFF3 in group A was also higher than that in group B (P <0.05). TTF3 was positively correlated with age (r = 0.395, P <0.01), SBP (r = 0.286, P <0.01), FBG -C (r = -0.355, P <0.01) was negatively correlated. Elevated levels of TFF3 and SBP were independent risk factors for DR (OR = 1.011 and 1.210, P <0.05). Elevated DBP and BMI were independent protective factors for DR (OR = 0.806 and 0.610, P <0.05). Conclusion Serum TFF3 level is an independent risk factor for DR and may be involved in the pathophysiology of DR.
