中共十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》就如何“推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展”作出了全面部署,对进一步加强新形势下党外代表人士队伍建设提出了明确要求。加强党外代表人士队伍建设是提高中国共产党执政能力的需要,是进一步加强中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的需要,是巩固新时期统一战线、实现中华民族伟大复兴宏伟目标的需要。作为一名党外干部,不断提高合作共事的能力,需要在以下几个方面下功夫见成效。
