Three attractive stamps have made this spring festival more meaningful. The designer,Mr. Hao Xu - dong, a colIege graduate, who studied in the USA later, has spent several month to design these stamps.The stamps are named’ Spring Festival’ which was chosen to be the present for our new century.These stamps use yellow,green, red color as their background, characters in the stampsare in yellow and red. The using of bright colors refleets the movements and warm atmosghere.. That brings a vivid picture full of happiness and brightness in front of our ’eyes.
