花开四季的广州素有“花城”之誉,一年一度的盛大花会更是中外驰名。如今,广州市群众性的业余话剧活动,也以“花会”的形式,集中地奉献在观众面前,这就是定于五月在广州举行的第二届“话剧花会”。这一届的“花会”,将演出大型话剧《特殊的爱》、《首当其冲》、《艺海潮》、《保卫南站》、《草木情》以及两台独幕话剧。这批以广东地方生活为题材的创作剧目,全都出自业余作者之手,并由广州市各业余话剧团用广州方言演出。广大戏剧工作者和观众们,正以浓厚的兴趣,关注着第二届“话剧花会”的揭幕。在广州,深深扎根在观众之中的业余话
