作者对193例慢性肝炎患者(其中慢性迁延型112例,慢性活动性81例)在原中西医综合治疗的基础上加用扑尔敏,每晚口服16毫克,每两周查血清肝功能一次,每四周查循环免疫复合物及其他免疫指标一次。服扑尔敏时间为1个月至2年,结果大部分患者的皮疹、关节痛、失眠、心肌损害、齿龈出血及肝大压痛等症状体征消失、恢复或减轻。193例患者中,肝功能恢复正常者171例,好转17例,死亡5例。74例ANA阳性者中44例转阴;57例RF
