作者对椎动脉型颈椎病患者102例的204条椎动脉形态及每分钟血流量作了中药颈痛宁治疗前后的观察.治疗前发现204条椎动脉血管形态变异者153条(75％),其中143条(93.5％)同时伴有血流量减少.服用颈痛宁1月后(12g 3次/d),椎动脉形态恢复正常者127条(88.8％);与服药前比较,血流量增加了24.1％(P<0.01).提示颈痛宁有软化血管弹性、降低血管阻力和增加血流量的作用.
A total of 204 vertebral artery vertebral artery type 102 patients with vertebral artery morphology and blood flow per minute were made before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Jingtongning 204 vertebral artery vascular abnormalities were found in 153 (75%), 143 of them (93.5%) were accompanied by decreased blood flow.After taking Atractylodis Sinensis for 12 months (12g 3 times / d), 127 cases (88.8%) had normal vertebral artery morphology recovery; compared with those before taking medicine, blood flow increased 24.1% (P <0.01), suggesting that neck pain rather soften vascular elasticity, reduce vascular resistance and increase blood flow.
