通过回顾对公安院校校园文化建设的研究，全面深入阐述众多学者对公安院校物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化的各种观点。学者的论述较为宏观。在回顾学者观点的基础上，公安院校在这四种文化层面还可以进入微观层面进行进一步探索和研究。通过对微观问题的进一步探讨，提升警察精神的塑造和培育。
