作者采用单用非选择性厌氧菌基础培养基(CDC)和合用7种选择性厌氧培养基(VS、CS、BS、AS、FS、ES、LS)两种方法检出牙周袋厌氧菌,均表明G-厌氧菌是牙周炎的优势菌群。合用选择性培养基较单用CDC分离纯化鉴定牙周袋厌氧菌简便、快速、省时,有助于营养苛求或培养困难菌群的分离。实际工作中证明在CDC中加入抗生素及各种化学物质制备选择性厌氧培养基,配制方便,适合相应厌氧菌的生长,但建立更多更特异更可靠的选择鉴别培养基仍属必要。
The authors used two methods of single non-selective anaerobic basic medium (CDC) combined with seven kinds of selective anaerobic medium (VS, CS, BS, AS, FS, ES, LS) Oxygen bacteria, all showed G-anaerobic bacteria is the dominant periodontitis flora. Compared with single CDC, the selective culture medium is simple, rapid and time-saving for the identification of periodontal pocket anaerobic bacteria. It is helpful for the separation of nutrient-demanding or difficult-to-cultivate microflora. In practice, it has been proved that adding selective antibiotics and various chemicals to the CDC to prepare selective anaerobic culture medium is convenient for the preparation and is suitable for the growth of the corresponding anaerobic bacteria. However, it is still necessary to establish more, more specific and more reliable selection and identification media.
