2015年8月至10月,省档案局对省直部分单位档案管理工作进行了年度检查,本人带队对第二协作组12个单位近三年档案归档、档案工作组织、档案安全管理以及档案信息化建设进行了检查。总的来看,各单位档案基础设施需要加强,基础工作有待提高,最为突出的是信息化建设普遍落后,成为制约档案事业发展的短板。为补齐短板,需要坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享
From August to October 2015, the provincial archives conducted an annual inspection on archives management of some units directly under the provincial government. I led the filing of archives, organization of archives, safety management of archives and archives of 12 units of the second cooperative group in recent three years. Information construction was checked. In general, the infrastructure of archives needs to be strengthened and the basic work needs to be improved. The most prominent one is the general backwardness of information construction and the shortfall that restricts the development of archives. In order to fill the short board, we need to uphold innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing
