光学分辨率光声显微成像(Optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy,0R-PAM)是一种高分辨(~5μm)成像技术,可无需标记对在体血管形态及功能成像。在早前研究中,0R-PAM已实现了对小鼠脑部、耳部进行形态成像,并对耳部模型血管生成进行监测。目前已有许多重大发现都是基于耳部模型获得,相比之下,小鼠背部皮下肿瘤模型的应用更加广泛。但由于呼吸、心脏运动以及肿瘤凸起轮廓等影响,OR-PAM依然难以对背部肿瘤模型进行很好的成像。
Optical Resolution Photoacoustic Microscopy (0R-PAM) is a high-resolution (~ 5μm) imaging technique that allows for the marking of in-vivo vascular morphology and function without the need for labeling. In a previous study, 0R-PAM had been used to morph the brain and ear in mice and to monitor angiogenesis in the ear model. Many major discoveries have been made based on the ear model, in contrast to the more widespread use of the mouse subcutaneous subcutaneous tumor model. OR-PAM still has difficulty imaging good imaging of the dorsal tumor because of respiratory, cardiac motion, and tumor bulge profiles.
