父母的心理状态和行为表现对孩子有直接影响。良好的心态和恰当的行为表现不仅可以提高父母的威信,而且有利于孩子的健康成长。认识PAC理论1964年,加拿大心理学家柏恩在《人们玩的游戏》一书中提出了“PAC理论”。该理论又称为“相互作用分析理论”“、人格结构分析理论”。
