21世纪,企业之间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争,企业文化不仅反映在企业的价值观、士气和沟通的方式中,也反映在全体员工的行为习惯中,这说明企业文化与企业的生存与发展息息相关,成为企业竞争力的基石和决定企业兴衰的关键因素,成为建立现代企业管理体制必不可少的重要因素。本文通过对企业管理系统的学习和在鸿腾洗煤有限公司20周的实践教学工作,结合企业文化建设的相关理论知识,对本企业企业文化建设现状进行分析,发现了鸿腾洗煤有限公司在企业文化建设中所存在的几个问题,并就完善企业文化建设提出自己的一些看法和见解。
In the 21st century, the competition between enterprises is more and more manifested in cultural competition.
