产业园区中,企业之间的地理邻近和认知接近,有利于企业获取知识,提升创新绩效。在邻近性与创新的关系上,地理邻近性与认知邻近性可以单独或者组合的方式影响企业的创新绩效。基于知识获取视角,以中小高新技术企业为研究对象,提出假设,构建结构方程模型,实证分析了地理邻近性与认知邻近性对企业创新绩效的影响。研究表明,两者对创新绩效有直接和间接的影响效应,并对产业园区中企业的创新发展提出了政策启示。
In the industrial park, the geographical proximity and cognition between the enterprises are close to each other, which helps the enterprises acquire knowledge and enhance the innovation performance. In the relationship between proximity and innovation, geographical proximity and cognitive proximity can influence the innovation performance of enterprises individually or in combination. Based on the perspective of knowledge acquisition, small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are taken as research objects, and hypotheses are proposed to construct the structural equation model, and the impact of geographical proximity and cognitive proximity on firm innovation performance is empirically analyzed. The research shows that both of them have a direct and indirect effect on innovation performance, and provide policy implications for the innovation and development of enterprises in the industrial park.
