近年来,国家逐步加大了对中等职业教育的投入,今年两会期间,许多代表和委员也纷纷献计献策,要求社会继续支持中职教育的发展,温家宝总理在政府工作报告也特别指出:要大力发展职业教育,特别要重点支持农村中等职业教育。要逐步实行中等职业教育免费,今年先从农村家庭经济困难学生和涉农专业做起。这充分表明,我国政府大力扶持中等职业教育的决心十分坚定。身处中等职业教育发展较快的地区,上海的中职学校如何适应新的形势进一步发展,已引起人们的关注。2009年3月24日下午,本刊编辑部特约请五位上海中职学校的校长座谈“上海中等职业教育的未来发展”。校长们围绕中等职业教育面临的问题和机遇、定位及未来发展的趋势等主题,结合所在学校的特点谈了自己的看法,并提出了相关建议。本刊选编部分发言内容,以飨读者。
In recent years, the state has gradually stepped up its investment in secondary vocational education. During this year’s NPC and CPPCC session, many representatives and members also made suggestions and demanded that the community continue to support the development of secondary vocational education. Premier Wen Jiabao also pointed out in his government work report that: In order to develop vocational education, we should especially support rural secondary vocational education. To gradually implement secondary vocational education free of charge, this year, students from rural families and agriculture-related professionals to start. This fully shows that our government strongly supports secondary vocational education with strong determination. At a time when secondary vocational education is developing rapidly, how secondary vocational schools in Shanghai adapt to the new situation and further develop them has drawn people’s attention. On the afternoon of March 24, 2009, our editorial board invited five principals of Shanghai vocational schools to discuss “the future development of Shanghai secondary vocational education.” The principals talked about their own views and put forward relevant suggestions in the light of the problems and opportunities faced by secondary vocational education, their orientation and the trend of future development, combined with the characteristics of their schools.
