5月14日-16日,中共中央组织部召开了全国干部教育培训工作会议,研究部署《2001年-2005年全国干部教育培训规划》的贯彻落实。会议坚持以邓小平理论和党的基本路线为指导,按照“三个代表”的要求,认真总结“九五”期间的经验.研究部署“十五”期间的工作,预示了21世纪我国干部教育培训新高潮的兴起。 80年来,在我们党领导的波澜壮阔的革命、建设和改革历程中,党的三代中央领导核心始终高度重视干部教育培训工作,作了许多精辟的论述。这些论述,高瞻远瞩,思想深刻,对于我们搞好干部教育培训工作,建设一支高 素质的干部队伍。推进建设有中国特色社会主义事业,具有重要的指导意义。在喜迎中国共产党建党80周年的前夕,党中央又批准召开全国干部教育培训工作会议,研究部署新世纪初的干部教育培训工作,事关大局,意义深远,必将进一步推进我国干部教育培训事业的蓬勃发展。为了更好地宣传会议精神,落实会议任务,我刊特将本次会议的部分材料摘编刊出,以供广大读者学习参考。
