新型隐球菌感染常有向中枢神经系统播散的趋向。许多资料表明细胞免疫在机体防御机能中起主要作用,但抗体的保护意义尚不清楚。作者以新型隐球菌感染家兔造成实验性脑膜炎,测定其脑脊液中游离的调理性抗体以及沉积于脑脊液中新型隐球菌表面抗体;同时采用环孢霉素抑制抗体生成后,以观察抗体的保护作用。
Cryptococcus neoformans infection tends to spread to the central nervous system. Many sources indicate that cellular immunity plays a major role in the defense function of the body, but the protective significance of the antibody is not clear. Infection of rabbits with Cryptococcus neoformans caused experimental meningitis, the determination of its cerebrospinal fluid free conditioning antibodies and deposited in the cerebrospinal fluid of Cryptococcus neoformans surface antibodies; the same time the use of cyclosporine to inhibit antibody production in order to observe the protection of antibodies effect.
