为了探究西兰花中部分重金属元素含量是否超过国家规定的限量,采用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了西兰花中Cd、Cr、Pb重金属元素含量。结果显示,所检测的西兰花样品中3种重金属元素含量远低于国家食品卫生标准中茎类蔬菜的限量。检测过程表明,该法与国标GB 5009系列推荐的其它方法相比具有易于操控、省时、节能环保、干扰少的优点,各待测元素的工作曲线相关系数(r)为0.998 96~0.999 61,检出限为0.06~0.26μg/mL,加标回收率为91.5%~113.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=6)为2.72%~3.94%,测定结果令人满意。该法可供各地测定西兰花中Cd、Cr、Pb重金属元素含量时借鉴。
In order to explore whether the contents of some heavy metal elements in broccoli exceed the limits prescribed by the state, the contents of Cd, Cr and Pb in the broccoli were determined by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of three kinds of heavy metal elements in the broccoli samples tested was much lower than the limit of the stem vegetables in the national food hygiene standard. The testing process shows that this method has the advantages of easy handling, time saving, environmental protection and less interference compared with other methods recommended by the national standard GB 5009 series. The correlation coefficient (r) of working curve of each element under test is 0.998 96 ~ 0.999 61 , The detection limit was 0.06 ~ 0.26μg / mL, the spiked recoveries ranged from 91.5% to 113.3%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD%, n = 6) ranged from 2.72% to 3.94%. The method can be used to determine the contents of Cd, Cr and Pb in broccoli in different places.
