国家铁路要发展,干部综合素质水平是决定铁路企业运营管理质量的关键所在。因此,对铁路干部的培训具有十分重要的现实意义和战略意义。通常各铁路部门将铁路干部的培训委托于从铁路剥离到地方的职业院校中,这些学校具有良好的铁路培训师资基础、实验实训条件和培训经验。本文结合铁路干部委培的办学经验,针对铁路干部委培的现存问题,浅析了解决铁路干部委培学生日常管理工作主要问题的对策方法。
The development of national railways and the overall quality of cadres are the key factors that determine the quality of operation and management of railway enterprises. Therefore, the training of railway cadres has very important practical and strategic significance. Usually, the railway departments entrust the training of railway cadres to the vocational institutions that have been stripped from the railway to the localities. These schools have a good foundation of railway trainers, experimental training conditions and training experiences. This paper, based on the experience of running a school for railway cadres and peasants, analyzes the existing problems of railway cadres’ training and analyzes the countermeasures to solve the main problems in daily management of railway cadres.
