我厂是全市51家转换经营机制试点企业。在前两年进行“三配套”改革基础上,我厂今年的改革工作坚持以“转企业经营机制,按国际市场之轨”为主线、以用工分配制度改革为重点、以技术改造为动力、以发展企业集团为基础、以打进国际一流市场为目标,进一步加快了建设外向型企业的步伐,取得了显著的效果,今年1——9利税总额完成全年计划的95%,销售收入和出口创汇分别比去年同期增长50.2%和20%。我们的主要做法和体会是:
Our factory is a pilot enterprise of 51 conversion management mechanisms in the city. On the basis of the “three matching” reforms in the previous two years, our factory’s reform work this year has been guided by the “transformation of enterprise operating mechanisms and the track of the international market” as the main line, the reform of the employment distribution system as the key, and the technological transformation as the driving force. Based on the development of enterprise groups and the goal of entering a world-class market, the pace of building export-oriented enterprises has been further accelerated. Significant results have been achieved. This year’s total profit tax of 1-9 is 95% of the full-year plan, sales revenue and Export foreign exchange increased by 50.2% and 20% respectively over the same period of last year.
