目的为探讨肿瘤样脑梗塞的ＣＴ特点。方法回顾分析了２３例不典型脑梗塞的ＣＴ表现。结果不典型脑梗塞的ＣＴ特点为具有占位效应的团块状或环状强化灶，与肿瘤表现相似。结论不典型脑梗塞团块状或环状强化灶及其周围脑回状及斑片状强化灶是诊断的支持证据，密切结合临床，动态观察可避免误诊。
Objective To explore the CT features of tumor-like cerebral infarction. Methods The CT findings of 23 cases of atypical cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT features of atypical cerebral infarction were mass-like or circular foci with mass effect similar to those of tumors. Conclusions Atypical cerebral infarction mass or annular focal lesion and its peripheral gyrus and patchy focal lesion are supportive evidence of diagnosis. Combined with clinical and dynamic observation, misdiagnosis can be avoided.
