知识创新直接依赖于知识的生产、扩散和应用,创新组织作为这些功能的综合体,支撑着知识经济的运行。协同创新被看作是科技创新的新范式,其组织的运行机制与陀螺运转的工作原理相似,各运转要素可按其功能归入不同的圈层。制度、行为和保障圈层以战略圈层为中心,在市场需求和自身发展要求的合力作用下,推动组织陀螺高速旋转,完成既定目标。
Knowledge innovation depends directly on the production, diffusion and application of knowledge. As an integrated body of these functions, innovation organization supports the operation of knowledge economy. Collaborative innovation is regarded as a new paradigm for scientific and technological innovation. The operating mechanism of its organization is similar to the working principle of gyroscopic operation, and its operational elements can be classified into different circles according to their functions. Institutional, behavioral and safeguarding circles, with the strategic circle as the center, promote the high-speed rotation of the top of the organization under the combined effect of market demand and self-development requirements to accomplish the stated objectives.
