党的十一届三中全会以来,我省出版、文化、公安、工商行政等部门密切配合,认真贯彻党中央、国务院有关文件精神,采取一系列措施,加强出版工作的管理,滥编滥印书刊出售的活动明显减少,全省出版发行事业出现了健康发展的局面。但是近两年来,由于资产阶级自由化思想的影响,一些地区和部门的领导存在着软弱涣散状态,滥编滥印书刊出售的现象又不断出现。这些滥编滥印的书刊,有的抄袭他人作品,东拼西凑,侵犯版权;有的宣扬资产阶级和封建主义思想,传播精神污染;有的印制质量低劣,差错百出,贻误读者。擅自编印图书都是自行定价,一般高于国家规定的标
