The status quo of the quality control of aerospace product batch production and the major problems that existed were elaborated, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: (1) Intensify reforms and implement the division of military and civilian products; (2) Strengthen the leadership of batch production quality management; (3) Establish and improve, Strict quality system; 4 strengthen the quality control of the production process
