目的观察血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)和尼古丁α7受体(α7nAChR)在心力衰竭大鼠心房的表达。方法将雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组,行腹主动脉缩窄术,制备心衰模型。采用蛋白质印迹法,比较缩窄4、8、12和16周后对照组和缩窄组大鼠心房AT1R和α7nAChR的表达变化情况。结果与同时间点对照组相比,心房AT1R和α7nAChR的表达在缩窄后4、8、12和16周差异均无统计学意义。结论在腹主动脉缩窄致大鼠心衰模型中,心房AT1R和α7nAChR可能并不参与心衰早期发生、发展的病理过程。
Objective To observe the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R) and nicotine α7 receptor (α7nAChR) in atria of rats with heart failure. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, abdominal aorta narrowing surgery, preparation of heart failure model. Western blotting was used to compare the changes of AT1R and α7nAChR expression in the atria of rats in the control and constriction groups after 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks of narrowing. Results Compared with the control group at the same time point, there was no significant difference in the expression of AT1R and α7nAChR at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks after atrial constriction. Conclusions Atrial AT1R and α7nAChR may not participate in the pathogenesis of early development and progression of heart failure in a rat model of heart failure induced by abdominal aorta constriction.
