1.临床资料 患者,女,9岁,腹痛2小时前来就诊,右下腹压痛,反跳痛。临床以急性阑尾炎收住院。B超检查:使用LOGIQ400型彩色超声诊断仪,凸形探头,探头频率3.5MHz。结果:膀胱右下方探及4.6×3.4cm~2液性暗区,边界尚规则,内有条索状强回声。紧相邻其左下方膀胱右下方见6.6×5.4cm~2的不均质回声实性团块,边界较清楚,其内强弱回声相交错,内有液性暗区(似肠管组织)。
1. Clinical data Patients, female, 9 years old, abdominal pain 2 hours to see a doctor, right lower quadrant tenderness, rebound tenderness. Clinical admission to hospital with acute appendicitis. B-ultrasound: use LOGIQ400 color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, convex probe, the probe frequency of 3.5MHz. Results: The lower right of the bladder exploration and 4.6 × 3.4cm ~ 2 liquid dark area, the border is still rules, there are cord-like strong echo. Immediately below the lower right of the lower right bladder see 6.6 × 5.4cm ~ 2 heterogeneous echogenic solid mass, the boundaries are clearer, the inner and outer echoes are staggered, there are liquid dark areas (like intestinal tissue).
