本文通过对热轧硅钢薄板含碳量与开轧温度和退火位置的跟踪试验,分析了各因素对硅钢板牌号的影响。证实了低碳硅钢板高牌号比率好于高碳,退火板垛上部硅钢板的电磁性能好于下部,为促进硅钢薄板质量的进一步提高提供了依据。
In this paper, the effects of various factors on the grades of silicon steel plates are analyzed by tracking tests on the carbon content, the rolling temperature and the annealing position of hot-rolled silicon steel sheets. It is confirmed that the high grade ratio of low-carbon silicon steel is better than high-carbon, the electromagnetic performance of the upper silicon steel sheet annealed in the stack is better than the lower part, which provides a basis for further improving the quality of the silicon steel sheet.
