各位代表、各位专家、女士们、先生们: “应对WTO,2002年全国工程造价软件和网络研讨会”今天隆重开幕了,这是工程造价管理行业自己组织的一次全国性的工程造价软件和网络研讨会。参加今天研讨会的,都是来自全国各地的代表,包括各省、自治区、直辖市和有关部门工程造价管理机构、建筑施工企业、工程造价咨询单位、相关的计算机公司、以及相关大专院校、学术团体的代表。大家欢聚一堂,共商加入WTO以后,全国工程造价信息化事业的发展大计,研讨如何推进工程造价信息化进程,加快工程造价软件和网络的建设。我代表建设部标准定额司,对大会的召开表示热烈的祝贺!
Dear Delegates, Experts, Ladies and Gentlemen, “Today’s World Construction Cost Software and Webinar 2002” is a grand opening today. This is a national project cost management software organized by the engineering cost management industry And webinar. Participants in today’s seminar are representatives from all over the country, including project cost management agencies in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and relevant departments, construction enterprises, project cost consulting units, related computer companies, and relevant tertiary institutions and academic groups representative. We all gathered together to discuss the development plan of the informationization project of the national construction cost after we joined the WTO and discuss how to promote the process of informationization of the construction cost and accelerate the construction of engineering cost software and network.
