建筑施工企业在国民经济中占据着重要地位,在我国的整个经济发展中充当着主力军。市场竞争越来越激烈,在这样的一个形势下,人才竞争开始变得越来越重要。所以,建筑企业要想在这种激烈的市场中占据属于自己的一席之地,就需要对其人力资源管理给予充分的重视。本文就主要分析当代建筑施工企业的人力资源管理的现状,并就其中的不足给予了相关解决策略。
The construction enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy and serve as the main force in the entire economic development of our country.
