我院1981年收治两例因异物(鱼刺,碎骨片各一例)刺入舌体组织后,引起舌体部炎性包块的病人。临床均诊断为“舌体部肿块”住院治疗。现报告如下:例1 刘××,女,60岁,左舌体部肿块,逐渐增大四个月,无明显疼痛。曾间断肌注“青链霉素”等药物治疗无效。口腔检查:左侧舌缘中份肿胀,可触及约1.5×1.5×1厘米大小肿块,质地较硬,压疼不明显,舌体活动正常。局麻下行肿块切除术,术中见肿块边界
