介绍了蒸气热等静压法制备B/Al复合管材的工艺过程 ,讨论了用该方法制备B/Al复合管材的影响因素 ,如装配工艺、复合工艺等。本试验在温度 ( 4 90± 10 )℃、压力 70MPa、保压时间为 4 0min~ 4 5min的工艺条件下制得了Φ34mm× 1mm× 10 2 0mm、Φ4 0mm× 1mm× 10 2 0mm、Φ60mm× 1mm× 12 0 0mm三种规格的带接头的B/Al复合管 ,并对管的物理性能、力学性能进行了测试 ,结果表明该工艺方案切实可行 ,在上述参数下可以制得高质量的B/Al复合管。
The process of preparing B / Al composite pipe by steam hot isostatic pressing was introduced. The influencing factors of B / Al composite pipe by this method were discussed, such as assembly process and composite process. In this experiment, a series of experiments were carried out under the conditions of temperature (4 90 ± 10) ℃, pressure of 70 MPa and dwell time of 40 min to 45 min. × 12 0 0mm three kinds of specifications with the joint of the B / Al composite pipe, and the tube’s physical properties, mechanical properties were tested, the results show that the process is feasible, under the above parameters can be made of high quality B / Al composite pipe.
