高职高专“双师型”师资队伍建设已经成为我国教育界重要的研究主题,随着高职高专教育在高等教育体系中所占比重的提高,建立“双师型”师资队伍已经成为体现高职高专教学特色,培养学生实践和创新能力,提高教学质量,深化教学改革的关键所在。本文将对高职高专“双师型”师资队伍的建设意义及存在问题展开分析,并结合高职高专教育实际情况提出加强“双师型”师资队伍建设的几点建议,为高职高专“双师型”师资队伍提供参考。
The construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and universities has become an important subject of education in our country.
