哌唑嗪(Prazosin, Minipress)是一种新型喹唑啉嗪类降压药,能阻断α-受体,拮抗儿茶酚胺的收缩血管作用,扩张周围小动脉,从而降低血压。并能治疗心衰,现将其药物相互作用介绍如下。 1.哌唑嗪与双氢克尿塞文献报道214例高血压病人,给予哌唑嗪和双氢克尿塞联合治疗,降压效果明显.总有效率为78.8％,副作用比单独使用哌唑嗪小。对肾性高血压也有较好疗效,尿素氮均有不同程度下降。对心功能不全的高血压,也有改善作用。可做为治疗肾性和原发性高血
