第1条为了合理使用甘肃省政府设立的皇甫谧中医药学奖励基金,更好地调动和发挥广大中医药人员及热爱、支持中医工作人员的积极性和创造性,促进甘肃中医药科技进步和学术发展,省卫生厅特制定《甘肃省皇甫谧中医药学基金奖奖励办法》。第2条本办法奖励的范围是在我省中医科研、教育和医疗工作中取得突出成绩,深受广大群众赞誉的中医药、中西医结合、民族医药人员、政绩优异的中医行政管理人员,以及对甘肃中医药事业发展做出重大贡献的国内外有关人员等。第3条凡我省中医药、民族医技人员及中医管理人员和国内外有关人士具备下列条件之一者,可申报甘肃省皇甫谧中医药学基金奖。
Article 1 In order to make rational use of the Huangfu Mi Traditional Chinese Medicine Prize Fund set up by the government of Gansu Province to better mobilize and exert the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of Chinese medicine practitioners and their love and support of Chinese medicine practitioners and to promote scientific and technological progress and academic development of traditional Chinese medicine in Gansu Province, Provincial Health Department specially formulated “Gansu Huangfu Mi TCM Fund Award incentives.” Article 2 The scope of rewards for these Measures is that Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, excellent Chinese medicine administrators, who have made outstanding achievements in the research, education and medical work of Chinese medicine in our province, and praised by the broad masses of people, and Gansu Chinese medicine to make a significant contribution to the development of relevant personnel at home and abroad. Article 3 Where one of the following conditions is satisfied by the Chinese medicine, ethical medical technicians, Chinese medicine practitioners and relevant persons at home and abroad in the province, the fund of the Huangpu Mi TCM Fund of Gansu Province can be declared.
