结合青岛海湾大桥红岛互通立交匝道桥所处地理环境及设计特点,阐述了小半径曲线匝道桥在单孔跨度大、混凝土浇筑体积大、施工高度高、有纵横坡和超高,且有平弯和竖弯的条件下,采用滑移模架施工的设计要点、系统构成及施工控制方法。
Combined with the geographical environment and design features of ramp bridge of Hongdao Interchange of Qingdao Bay Bridge, the paper discusses the characteristics of the large radius curve ramp bridge in the single hole span, large concrete pouring volume, high construction height, vertical and horizontal slope and ultra- Bending and vertical bending conditions, the use of slip-form construction design points, system components and construction control methods.
