在制造回转窑的过程中,轮带支承部分球瓦座的加工是一难题。本文简略介绍一下我厂的加工方法,供参考。被加工的球瓦座如图1所示。利用靠模及常规方法很难加工零件的球面部分,我们采用了回转刀杆的加工方案,如图2。在φ2.5米立式车床上,利用横梁左刀架卡住刀杆的回转座,作定心之用,而利用卡在右刀架上的绞座带动连杆,牵动车刀,绕回转座中心回转,使刀头轨迹成为一段圆弧线,机床卡盘夹住加工件旋转作切削运动,从而完成加工球面的目的。利用此法加工球面,应注意以下几点:
