通过田间自然鉴定和室内人工接种鉴定,研究了山葡萄种内杂交、自交和自然授粉实生的12个组合2580株杂种苗对霜霉病的抗性及其遗传特征。结果表明,山葡萄有抗霜霉病和不抗霜霉病的类型。后代组合群体的抗病性差异显著,呈连续性分布,表现出数量性状遗传特征,F1代感病级次高于亲中值,抗病类型的品种、品系中存在微效抗病多基因,后代群体抗病性主要由亲本抗病性所决定。已从通化3号×双庆、左山一自然授粉实生组合中选育出抗霜霉病的两性花新品系016、88-100和77-7-64。
Through field identification and indoor artificial inoculation, the resistance and inheritance of downy mildew in 12 combinations of 2580 hybrid seedlings in hybrids, selfing and natural pollination in mountain grape were studied. The results showed that the grape has anti-downy mildew and downy mildew-resistant type. The offspring combination group had significant difference in disease resistance, which showed a continuous distribution with the genetic characteristics of quantitative traits. The F1 generation was higher than the pro-mid-value and disease-resistant varieties, The offspring population’s disease resistance is mainly determined by the parents’ disease resistance. From Tonghua No.3 × double celebrate, a natural Zuo Shan pollination combination of bred resistant to downy mildew bred new varieties 016,88-100 and 77-7-64.
