一种在计算机程序设计中可以使人避免抽象思维的计算机语言现在已更名为“面向目标的程序设计语言”,这种语言可以用来加快商业用新软件的开发工作,并提高那些并不精通任何一种传统程序设计语言的用户修改程序以适合自己的需要的能力。施乐公司设在加州帕洛阿尔托的研究中心于七十年代初期开发出了“斯摩尔托克”语言,借助这种语言儿童们可以通过把各段软件组合在一起而编写出程序,每一段软件都完成一项特定的、很容易理解的任务。程序设计专家还是不可缺少的,但是只要软件被编制出来,用户就可以按照自己的需要
